ABSOLUTE FITNESS

A small fitness center in New Braunfels. Our main goal is to help woman of all ages and fitness levels become healthy and fit while developing a love for active living. All classes are a mix of calisthenics, body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These classes are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our member's harder than they’d push themselves! Creating a safe, fun friendly environment. Welcome to Absolute Fitness!

I love working out with Absolute Fitness! Kristie has cultivated a fun and encouraging  environment that helps you look forward to work outs instead of dreading them. Her personality helps motivate and push you in a positive and constructive way. I’ve been working with her for 2 and a half years and she has really helped tap into a new level of working out.

Kristie @Absolute fitness is amazing. I have been going to her classes for over 5 years and she is the best at what she does. Her classes are challenging yet she understands the body and is careful to not cause injury. She trains all levels and is encouraging- yet she is the “Coach” and pushes you to work towards your goals.  With all that said, she is truly one of the sweetest women I know. Absolute Fitness has absolutely changed my life!  The workout routine I created at my local
(big chain) gym was becoming mundane.  I hit a plateau; I did not know what was needed to kick start my body again. I had lost 125 lbs. previously through dieting and it was time to start toning and focus on body fat percentages. I had my goals set but was unable to reach them. 
In July of 2019 I was introduced to Kristie (Coach) and her gym Absolute Fitness through an amazing lady.  Within ONE month of training with Coach, I lost 2.5% body fat and gained 4.13 lbs. of lean mass!  I was over the moon and continue to improve each day!  After about a year of training with Absolute Fitness, I had lost over 10lbs of fat and gained 11lbs of lean body mass! I have been with Coach for almost two years now.  In that time, I have dropped two pant sizes!  I still have my ups and downs, but her, and the wonderful gals I work out with, never let me give up.  I have finally found my tribe!!!

Absolute Fitness changed my life.  I had no formal training when I started with AF but an hour of my day three days a week made me stronger mentally and in turn physically!  I love that every workout is created differently and methodically to tone and strengthen me as I mature.  The small classroom training is so personable and my gym mates keep me so motivated that it continues to push me harder every class!  I freaking love Absolute Fitness.

I started training with Kristie about a month ago and could not be happier. She is the best trainer I have had. I am an older women with modification needs and Kristie always encourages and motivates me to improve. I feel improvement in the my strength and overall health. Please call Kristie if you need to make a change in your health and well being. I highly recommend her.

Kristie is such an amazing personal trainer. She hits all the right workouts for your body to help you achieve your personal goals. She is well educated on all equipment, and at the end of your workout she knows exactly what to use for a good stretch. Never disappointed.

When I set out to achieve my CPT. I had one goal in mind. To help lead women become the best, healthiest version of themselves. Fitness has changed my life in so many positive ways. Taking me from a really dark place to a new path. One that is full of happiness, learning how to feel strong for myself and loving who I am. As a wife and mom I understand busy schedules and feeling exhausted. But I also understand that making the time for my health and fitness only allows me to give more of myself to them. Sharing my knowledge, passion and resources with those who need help bettering themselves brings me so much happiness.
